Folie: Hochwertige, gut deckende, matte PU-Flexfolie Eigenschaften: Ausgezeichnete Deckkraft, besonders elastisch, weicher textiler Griff Anwendungsbereich: Baumwolle, Mischgewebe aus Baumwoll/Polyester oder Polyester/Acryl.     POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM – Flexfolie für Textilbeschriftungen

    Universelle Textil-Transferfolie mit matter Oberfläche und hoher Waschbeständigkeit

    Mit POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM von POLI-TAPE erhältst du eine bewährte Flexfolie für professionelle Textilbeschriftungen. Die matte Oberfläche mit hoher Deckkraft sorgt für eine hochwertige Optik und gleichmäßige brillante Beschriftungen -auch auf dunklen Textilien. Die Flexfolie überzeugt durch die angenehme Haptik für hohen Tragekomfort.

    Die Transferfolie lässt sich präzise plotten und einfach entgittern. Dank des rückklebenden Polyesterträgers kannst du selbst filigrane Motive sicher positionieren. Und solltest Du beim Entgittern mal einen Punkt oder Detail zu viel entfernt haben, kannst du es vor dem Verpressen wieder an der richtigen Stelle positionieren.

    Mit einer Waschbeständigkeit bis 80 °C eignet sich POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM auch für häufig gewaschene Textilien und Arbeitsbekleidung.

    POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM schneiden und verarbeiten

    POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM ist eine Textil-Transferfolie für die Verarbeitung mit Schneideplotter und Transferpresse. Sie überzeugt durch präzise Schneideeigenschaften und einfaches Entgittern, wodurch du auch detailreiche Logos und kleine Schriftzüge effizient produzieren kannst.

    Der klebende Polyester-Liner hält die geschnittenen Motivelemente zuverlässig an ihrer Position und erleichtert das Ausrichten vor dem Transfer. Damit eignet sich die Folie sowohl für Einzelanfertigungen als auch für größere Serienproduktionen.

    Für die Übertragung empfiehlt POLI-TAPE folgende Standardparameter:

      • Transfertemperatur: 160 °C
      • Presszeit: 15 Sekunden

    POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM eignet sich für Baumwolle, Polyester, Polyester-Baumwoll-Mischgewebe sowie Polyester-Acryl-Gewebe.

    Die fertigen Beschriftungen sind bei bis zu 80 °C waschbar und eignen sich damit besonders für Textilien, bei denen eine hohe Waschbeständigkeit erforderlich ist.

    POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM ist die klassische Textil-Transferfolie von POLI-TAPE und seit vielen Jahren eine bewährte Lösung für professionelle Textilveredler. Die Kombination aus hoher Deckkraft, ultramatter Oberfläche und angenehmer Haptik sorgt für hochwertige Beschriftungen auf unterschiedlichsten Textilien.

    Besonders bei Arbeitsbekleidung, Vereinskleidung und individuellen Textildesigns überzeugt die Flexfolie durch ihre zuverlässige Verarbeitung und hohe Waschbeständigkeit. Dank des klebenden Polyesterträgers lassen sich auch filigrane Schriftzüge und Logos exakt positionieren.

    POLI-FLEX® PREMIUM wird direkt bei POLI-TAPE in Deutschland produziert und bietet dir einen zuverlässigen Allround-Flex für die tägliche Textilveredelung. Ideal für alle, die Wert auf bewährte Verarbeitungsprozesse, gleichmäßige Ergebnisse und langlebige Textilbeschriftungen legen.

    Wenn Du mit kürzeren Presszeiten oder bei geringerer Temperatur produzieren willst, empfehlen wir als Alternative die POLI-FLEX® TURBO® Serie. Die Farben sind bei beiden Serien ident – du kannst also relativ einfach switchen.
